Ronan - 2 Months!

We had Ronan's 2-month checkup last Wednesday, and he's getting so big! He's now 22.5" (grown 3" since birth) and 8lb 15.5" (up 2lb 3.5oz). I don't remember what his head circumfrence was, but she didn't seem concnerned (it's in proportion!).

He's was suuuuuuuuuuuuper colicky last week, and the NP recommended I limit the diary in my diet. I did, and sure enough, within about 36 hours he was like a new kid. It's nice to have my boy back!

He's been napping well in his bed (usually in the Pack-n-Play downstairs), and still sleeps with us overnight so I can nurse him. This is working well, and we're not going to change it until we need to. Everyone says we're going to regret keeping him in bed with us, but I just tell them that I sleep about 8 hours per night, only waking up once...

Ricky has been doing an amazing job as a dad - he watched Ronan Saturday night so I could go to a Bachelorette party. It was nice to go out and have some girl time! They had "man time" here at home.

Ronan's getting more responsive to little games and has started smiling more and more. It's fun for both of us interacting with him.
